Dave has been serving with CE for 15 years! The past five and a half years he has split his role between CE USA and CE World!

​Dave also serves as an adjunct youth ministry professor at Lancaster Bible College, PA. He has been a speaker and trainer at denominational gatherings, retreats, Messiah Youth Worker Convention, GROUP/Simply Youth Ministry Conference, and more. He also holds experience in devotional and youth ministry resource writing. Dave received his Doctorate in Ministry at Gordon-Conwell Seminary, his Masters at Evangelical Seminary, and undergrad at Messiah University.

Dave has been married to his wife Jen since May 28, 1994. They have four children- Katelyn, Ben, Kendra and Zach. They reside in Ephrata, PA. ​​Dave enjoys family time, coaching soccer, blockbuster movies, reading and strategy games.​

Dave hopes to see God use Christian Endeavor for His Glory in every state of the union during his lifetime. Personally, he hopes to publish the devotional “Temple Year” that he wrote for his own kids to use when they turned 12. He hopes to see his kids and spouse continue to grow in the Lord and make an impact for Him through their lives. Finally, he hopes to take two trips. First, he wants to return with Jen to the Canadian Rockies where they went on their honeymoon. Second, he desires to visit Israel and the Mediterranean so pictures can be put with the amazing biblical message.
