9-MONTH YOUTH LEADER COACHING PROGRAM
Every youth worker needs a community to be effective and sustainable in the ministry God is calling them to. CE's Synergy is uniquely designed to provide support from 'your people'...those who know and love youth ministry just as much as you do.
CE Synergy is a nine-month coaching cohort where you'll connect deeply with other youth workers, learn valuable ministry insights from a trained CE coach, and use practical tools to equip you to minister more deeply, effectively and sustainably.
Each cohort follows a 'school year schedule' meeting virtually once a month September - May (avoiding the busy seasons of Advent and Easter) and also includes training tips, videos and resources.

Each month you'll gather online for a time of sharing, prayer, support, and encouragement, facilitated by a trained CE Coach.
ONGOING SUPPORT FROM THE CE TEAM
We're here to see you thrive! You'll have unique access to the CE Team through one of our Coaches to help give you the insight and support you need, whether that's additional resourcing or just an ear to listen!
MONTHLY TRAINING TIPS
Each month you'll receive an email with practical training tips and youth ministry insights to equip you to take your youth ministry to the next level.

ASSESSMENTS (2)
You'll receive access to two assessments to use in conjunction with the virtual cohort meetings. The first helps you evaluate the status of your youth ministry at the beginning of the school year. The second helps you evaluate your progress and praises at the end of the school year before launching into summer ministry.
CE VIDEO TRAINING LIBRARY
Through Synergy, you'll have full access to CE's growing video library. These short and practical training videos can be used with your adult leaders, casting vision with church leadership and to encourage and equip parents.
